Your reservation and payment will be made to the accommodation, by us, using our booking system with no extra booking fees or commissions, your booking will be confirmed by e mail under your reference number. If you require further information about your reservation or have any queries please contact us either by e-mail or telephone.

Payment can be made by various methods, 

 

2 days deposit will be required to confirm the booking, which is non-refundable, full holiday payment must be paid 14 days before departure. Any holidays book less than 14 days before must be paid for in full.

 

Cancellation policy.

If your holiday has to be cancelled there will be a sliding scale for refunds.

Deposit forfeited, unless confirmed by medical reports.

13days-90% refund.

12days-80% refund.

11days-70% refund.

10days-60% refund.

 9 days-50% refund.

 8 days-40% refund.

 7 days-   no refund.
